Cancellation policies:
In order to cancel your Membership at Egis Mail, you'll need to submit a cancellation request email, located below, within 30 calendar days of your initial membership date. You will receive a Cancellation Verification Number (CVN) via the form submission process. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days from the date the form was submitted. Once the 30 days has passed you may cancel your subscription but you will not receive a refund.
